POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Office Coordinator who is a self-starter, highly organized, has excellent follow-through and pays close attention to detail. This position will report to the VP of Strategy and will work closely with the Strategy Project Manager, Executive Assistant to the CEO, and within the Ethika Familie Support department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a friendly face of the company for all employees and guests
Order and arrange food and drinks for CEO, executive team, and office
Work with the Familie Support Department to prepare for VIP guests
Monitor, order, and re-stock company drinks, snacks, kitchen supplies, etc.
Ensure cleanliness/tidiness of shared spaces within the office
Coordinate office-wide appointments (i.e., Barber, car wash, etc.)
Monitor, order, and re-stock office supplies as necessary
Receive, sort and distribute company mail and packages, and when needed coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail. (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Assist the VP of Strategy and assistant to the CEO with various tasks and projects as required
Assist with company event planning, coordination, setup, execution, and tear down.
Filing, copying, faxing, etc. when needed
Assist with other tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Is personable, positive, and professional
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Willingness to embrace any task required
Wired to provide service and help to employees and guests
Follows through with tasks and projects
Has great communication skills
Is punctual and reliable
